Taiwan and China-Short History Breakdown

July 29th, 2021

Here is the first video from the Taiwan series. As I stated I'll continue with more and more business/financial/investment look into some well known and less known but still strong and noteworthy Taiwan companies. I have spent almost 34 years here in Taiwan so I have seen some amazing changes both politically:the birth of local democracy, culturally, economically, etc. I studied Chinese language, history and culture at the University of Arizona.

This is the link to IShares EWT ETF which I will be going through primarily as a lens into the heart of Taiwan's major public companies. It is something I invest in personally but I am not affiliated in any way with IShares or it's parent: Blackrock. Here is the wiki page link I used in the video which gives some good recent historical background on Taiwan Island, the ROC, etc.
