No I didn't stop and get any popcorn from Mrs. Redenbacker but did pretend to hear the pop of the imaginary flash bulb go off when I snapped her. Her business seemed to be good and I admire her industriousness for sure. This was off of main circle by the West Gate.
Not sure if this guy was feeling blue or just chilling. I think just chilling and wearing blue. Must be -he's wiggling his toes so probably not too bad off. Along the river in downtown Hsinchu.
This fellow was using his electric cart to haul recyclables (nice name for garbage) around Lukang. Why not-go for it my friend. Need to re-stock on Heineken?
You talking to me? There's nobody else standing here, you talking... Yet another popcorn vendor this time in Lukang 1/2 way between the Matsu Temple and the Long Shan Temple. Would you mess with this dude?
Yo you with the hat-are you the Junior Soprano of Lukang, or what? He had glasses very similar to the kind that Dominic Chianese wore. Notice the little light/shadow patterns on his forearm from his hat. Styling baby!
So why do I love shooting people? Easy-because they're all saying something even if they're not aware of it. Always delights, sometimes mystifies. I'll be there again and again.
Ahh time for la musica-the music. One of my favorite vocal groups and certainly one of the coolest of the Motown acts-The Temptations. The Temps as we called them. They had a hard-edged record called Psychedelic Shack. This song-Ball of Confusion one of my favorites. Do you concur?
