Dragon My Lake

Dragon my lake

From time to time when evaluating where the shots are in a given scene I think about using an object from scene to act as a frame. This was one of the better ones I came across at one of our first  stops at Sun Moon Lake that day. This is on Kuanghua Island  in front of the Old Man Under the Moon Shrine-a place where young couples go to pray seeking wisdom about marriage. The mountains that surround the lake are called the Green Dragon mountains due to it's impression of a giant scaly dragon ready to swallow the island.

In and around the lake
Mountains come out of the sky and they
Stand there
One mile over well be there and well see
You
Ten true summers well be there and
Laughing too
Twenty four before my love youll see Ill be
There with you

The lyrics above are from this piece of music by Yes-Roundabout. Enjoy!
